Projekt jest realizowany przez Politechnikę Łódzką na zlecenie Ministerstwa Nauki i Szkolnictwa Wyższego w ramach projektu pozakonkursowego o charakterze wdrożeniowym pt. „Mistrzowie Dydaktyki” w ramach Działania 4.3. Współpraca ponadnarodowa Programu Operacyjnego Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój (nr POWR.04.03.00-00-0074/17). Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kadry akademickiej w zakresie stosowania innowacyjnych metod dydaktycznych, a w szczególności tutoringu akademickiego. W ramach projektu grupa nauczycieli akademickich bierze udział w wizytach studyjnych w wybranych, renomowanych uczelniach europejskich. Następnie każdy z przeszkolonych nauczycieli prowadzi zajęcia z wykorzystaniem tutoringu z wybranymi studentami Politechniki Łódzkiej. Centrum Współpracy Międzynarodowej PŁ pełni rolę koordynatora zadań projektu na naszej uczelni. PŁ pełni w projekcie rolę wykonawcy zadania dotyczącego podniesienia kompetencji kadry akademickiej w zakresie stosowania metody tutoringu. Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji kadry akademickiej PŁ w zakresie stosowania nowoczesnych, innowacyjnych metod dydaktycznych, takich jak stosowanie metody tutoringu w kształceniu. Projekt zakłada udział 29 nauczycieli akademickich PŁ w następujących działaniach: • udział w zagranicznych wizytach studyjnych w celu odbycia szkolenia, poprzedzonych spotkaniami przedwyjazdowymi (organizacja wizyt studyjnych i spotkań przedwyjazdowych należy do MNiSW), • przetestowanie wypracowanego przez ekspertów zewnętrznych wstępnego modelu stosowania metody tutoringu poprzez przeprowadzenie zajęć ze studentami PŁ wybranymi do grupy docelowej przez okres 1 do 2 semestru akademickiego w wymiarze średnio 100 godz, • współpraca przy ewaluacji projektu. Główne rezultaty projektu to podniesienie wiedzy i kompetencji nauczycieli akademickich PŁ w zakresie stosowania nowoczesnych metod kształcenia. Rezultaty projektu będą służyć działalności dydaktycznej PŁ.
The project is implemented by Lodz University of Technology at the request of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education as part of a non-competition implementation project entitled " Masters of Didactics " under Measure 4.3. Transnational cooperation of the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development (POWR.04.03.00-00-0074 /17). The aim of the project is to increase competences of academic staff in the area of application of innovative teaching methods, in particular academic tutoring. As part of the project, a group of academic teachers take part in study visits to selected, renowned European universities. Then each of the trained teachers conducts classes using the tutoring method with selected students of Lodz University of Technology. In the project, PŁ acts as a contractor for the task of increasing the competence of academic staff in the application of the tutoring method. The aim of the project is to raise the competencies of the academic staff of PŁ in the application of modern, innovative teaching methods, such as the use of the tutoring method in education. The project assumes the participation of 29 academic teachers of the University of Lodz in the following activities: - participation in study visits abroad for training, preceded by pre-departure meetings (organization of study visits and pre-departure meetings is the responsibility of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education), - testing of the preliminary model developed by external experts for the application of the tutoring method by conducting classes with the students of the Lodz University selected for the target group for a period of 1 academic semester, - cooperation in the evaluation of the project. The main results of the project are the improvement of knowledge and competence of the academic teachers of FL in the application of modern methods of education. The results of the project will serve the teaching activities of the Lodz University of Technology.
