Projekt „Mistrzowie Dydaktyki – wdrożenie modelu tutoringu” (tutoring długoterminowy dla wyróżniających się i uzdolnionych studentów PŁ) realizowanego w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Wiedza Edukacja Rozwój, współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego (nr wniosku o dofinansowanie POWR.04.03.00-00-0074/17). PŁ pełni w projekcie rolę wykonawcy zadania dotyczącego podniesienia kompetencji kadry akademickiej w zakresie stosowania i wdrożenia do praktyki uczelnianej modelu tutoringu. Celem projektu jest wdrożenie do praktyki uczelnianej modelu tutoringu i podniesienie kompetencji kadry akademickiej PŁ w zakresie stosowania nowoczesnych, innowacyjnych metod dydaktycznych, takich jak stosowanie metody tutoringu w kształceniu. Projekt zakłada udział 16 nauczycieli akademickich PŁ doświadczonych w realizacji zajęć z wykorzystaniem metody tutoringu akademickiego w następujących działaniach: • wdrożenie wypracowanego przez ekspertów zewnętrznych modelu stosowania metody tutoringu poprzez przeprowadzenie zajęć z wyróżniającymi się i uzdolnionymi studentami PŁ wybranymi do grupy docelowej na okres 3 semestrów akademickich, • współpraca przy ewaluacji projektu i we wdrożeniu metody tutoringu do praktyki uczelnianej PŁ. Główne rezultaty projektu to podniesienie wiedzy i kompetencji nauczycieli akademickich PŁ w zakresie stosowania nowoczesnych metod kształcenia (w tym tutoringu akademickiego) w realizacji zajęć z uzdolnionymi studentami Politechniki Łódzkiej, którzy wyróżniają się wysoką średnią rekrutacyjną, semestralną oraz osiągnięciami. Rezultaty projektu będą służyć działalności dydaktycznej PŁ.
The project 'Masters of Didactics - implementation of the tutoring model' (long-term tutoring for outstanding and talented students at the Lodz University of Technology) is being implemented as part of the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development, co-financed by the European Social Fund (grant application number POWR.04.03.00-00-0074/17). In the project, TUL acts as a contractor for the task of increasing the competences of academic staff in the application and implementation of the tutoring model into university practice. The aim of the project is to implement the model of tutoring into university practice and to raise the competences of academic staff at the Lodz University of Technology in the use of modern, innovative teaching methods, such as the use of the tutoring method in education. The project assumes the participation of 16 academic teachers of the Lodz University of Technology experienced in the implementation of classes using the academic tutoring method in the following activities: - implementation of the model developed by external experts for the application of the tutoring method by conducting classes with outstanding and talented students of TUL selected for the target group for a period of 3 academic semesters, - cooperation in project evaluation and implementation of the tutoring method in the academic practice of the Lodz University of Technology. The main results of the project include the improvement of knowledge and competences of academic teachers at the Lodz University of Technology in the scope of applying modern teaching methods (including academic tutoring) in the realisation of classes with talented students of the Lodz University of Technology who are distinguished by their high enrolment and semester average as well as their achievements. The results of the project will serve the didactic activity of the TUL.
