About me

Radhe Shyam currently working as an assistant professor in the research group of Dr. Tomasz Marszalek in the Department of Molecular Physics at Lodz University of Technology Lodz, Poland. Previsouly he was working as a postdoctoral researcher in the Manaka-Taguchi Laboratory, Institute of Science, Tokyo, Japan. He completed his Ph.D in Dec 2024 from Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi India, where his research focused on developing high-performance thin-film electronic and optoelectronic devices using advanced material systems.  He explored innovative fabrication strategies to control molecular orientation and charge transport properties in organic semiconductors, 2D materials, nanomaterials, and quantum dots. A significant part of his research involves utilizing advanced characterization techniques, particularly time-resolved second harmonic generation (TRM-SHG), to visualize and analyze charge carrier dynamics and molecular interactions at the nanoscale.  Through cost-effective solution-processing methods such as Unidirectional Floating Film Transfer Method (UFTM), its aim to fabricate highly oriented thin films for applications in OFETs, oOLETs, and gas sensors.
